Jim Sander Company is the originator of the "dustless" surface preparation system necessary for most public works projects. We can get the job done with as little as 0.3 microns of dust released into the environment. Traffic line removal, prepping surfaces for parking, bridge, steel, and aluminum decks, creating surface profiles for applying top coatings and sealers, leveling for better drainage and safety - we work with only top of the line, new equipment and are always prepared with back up. We have been doing concrete surface preparation for 22 years - the longest in the business.

1:00 a.m.......JSC shotblasts residue and dirt from a bridge deck in order that it may receive sealer to inhibit corrosion in the rebar. Waste is filtered out from shotblaster to large sealed drums, the second of which contains a HEPA filter.
